Abstract

The low energy I = 3 2 Kπ elastic-scattering cross section has been obtained from an analysis of the reaction K-n → pK-π- using the Chew-Low extrapolation method. For c.m. energies of the Kπ system between threshold and 1.2 GeV the cross section amounts on the average to ≈ 2 mb.
