Abstract

First Person is a series of interviews with the first authors of a selection of papers published in Journal of Cell Science, helping researchers promote themselves alongside their papers. Din Baruch is first author on ‘ Creation and validation of a proteome-wide yeast library for protein detection and analysis’, published in JCS. Din is a PhD student in the laboratory of Prof. Maya Schuldiner at the Weizmann Institute of Science, Israel, and is passionate about building and using powerful genome-wide yeast libraries to unlock the secrets of protein function and cellular life at a systems level.
