Abstract

An upper limit of 0.006 is obtained for the ratio π⁺p→Δ⁺⁺ ρ{variant}′/Δ⁺⁺ρ{variant}°, with ρ{variant}′→ρ{variant}°π⁺π^-. Assuming OPE this leads to g_{ρ{variant}′ππ}²/g_{ρ{variant}ππ}²<0.02. Other decay modes of the ρ{variant}′ are also discussed.
